On June 29, our Summer Concert took place in the School Concert Hall where parents and friends of our students were invited.

The day we all have been waiting for is finally here!
In the crowded Nicosia Municipal Theatre, all our students, from the youngest to the oldest, performed their role in the well- known fairy tale “ The Ugly Duckling “ in a professional way receiving the best comments from the audience!

Dance:
The preparation and teaching of the choreographies for our show “ The Ugly Duckling “ which will take place at the Nicosia Municipal Theatre on March 31 , 2024, just began.Everybody is very excited!
Music:
On December 20, the Music students took part in our Christmas Concert where the parents and friends of the students enjoyed listening to their children performing Christmas Carols.
A cocktail reception followed the concert where the parents had the chance to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere.

Dance:
The parents of our very little ballerinas (3-4 years old) were invited to come and watch the open class/ presentation of their precious ones. The parents enjoyed watching their little ballerinas and at the same time were impressed with the maturity and discipline they showed during the lesson. Also the parents were impressed how well the little ones danced.
The older students had their exams in both Ballet ( RAD ) and Modern Theatre Dance ( ISTD ).
Music:
Our Music students, after a good preparation, took their exams ( digital) of the ABRSM ( Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music).
On June 26, parents and friends of our Music students were invited to our Summer Concert. They were thrilled with the high standard and progress of our students.

Dance:
The Grade 8 ballet students had their exam of the Royal Academy of Dance.
DECEMBER 2022
Music:
On December 23, our Music students took part in our Christmas Concert which was very successful . The parents were very pleased with their progress .The Concert took place in our School’s Concert Room.

The new school year 2022-2023 starts on Monday, September 5.

Dance:
Our Ballet students on July 3 take their RAD ballet exam.
Music:
Our Music students, after a good preparation, take their exams (digital) of the ABRSM.
Results:
Once more impressively good were the results of the exams of our Music and Ballet students!

Dance:
On June 24, the parents of our very little ballerinas had the pleasure to watch their precious ones dancing (open class).
Music:
On June 25, our Music students took part in our Summer concert which took place in the Concert Hall of our School.
The parents were thrilled with the high standard and their children’s progress.

Dance:
In the packed Nicosia Municipal Theatre, hundreds of people watched the ballet performance “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland“ by the ballet students of our School. All our students, from the youngest to the oldest, performed their role with professionalism.

From June 13th our School reopens, following all safety and hygiene measures so as to ensure the health of both our students and teachers.

Dance:
On March 7th the students of Modern Theatre Dance, level Grade 5 and Intermediate take their exam with great success.
From March 10th to June 13th, following government’s orders, all Music and Dance schools are suspended due to COVID-19 .

Dance:
The Ballet students of Grade 1, Grade 6, Grade 7 and Advanced 1 (of the Royal Academy of Dance) have their exam. Once again the results are very good! Well done girls!

On December 21st our Music students take part with great success in the Annual Christmas Concert at the Music Concert Hall ‘ARTE’ which was attended and applauded by the parents and friends of the students.

We have the pleasure to announce that our ex student Napa Gavriel who just graduated from the Royal Academy of Dance , now belongs in the Teaching faculty of our School . Well done Napa !

Μusic :
On June 22nd our Music students took part in our Summer Concert . At the end the audience (parents and friends) had the pleasure to enjoy a nice selection of well known tunes performed by our teachers Neophytos Ashiotis (piano) and Nicolas Papageorgiou ( violin) .
Dance :
Our dance students have their exams in Modern Theatre Dance (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing ) and in Ballet (Royal Academy of Dance).

On the 10th of February our Ballet Perfomance “La Fille mal gardee” based on Frederick Ashton’s production was attended and applauded by hundreds of people who filled up the Strovolos Municipal Theatre.

Another student of our School, Napa Gavriel, has been accepted for further studies at the Royal Academy of Dance. She is going to start her studies in London, England in September 2016.

Our production “Cats the Musical” with live singing was attended and applauded by hundreds of people who filled up the Strovolos Municipal Theatre. The Perfomance drew up warm comments from the press and social media.

Once again the students of our School have distinguished examination results in both Music and Ballet (Classical and Modern).
Also, the Summer Dance School, organized by La Ronda between 1-10 of July 2015, attracted the best of comments.

Impressive were the Results of the Examinations of the students of our School on all Grades of the Royal Schools of Music as well as of the Royal Academy of Dance for the Classical Ballet, and of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, for the Modern Dance.
Almost all students of the LaRonda School passed their examinations with DISTINCTION.
Impressive was also the show with the classic ballet The Nutcracker, which was put up by LaRonda School in March 2014 at the Strovolos Municipal Theatre. The hundreds of spectators who filled up the Theatre gave a standing ovation to the young dancers , students of LaRonda, who gave a most professional show.

Dance:
Another student of our school has been accepted for further studies at the Royal Academy of Dance.The same student has passed her Advanced 2 in Modern Theatre Dance of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing with Merit.
Music:
A 14 year old piano student of our school succeeded with Disinction in the Grade 7 examinations of the Royal Schools of Music acquiring full marks in the three pieces of performing.
